Checker Cab USA – Photographic A3 Print An original photograph taken by me in 1998. This Checker Cab was waiting outside the historic landmark Radiator Building at 40 West 40th Street, just south of Bryant Park, in the Midtown Manhattan neighbourhood of New York City. This was converted into The Bryant Park Hotel in 2001. Checker Motors was an American vehicle manufacturer based in Kalamazoo, Michigan that built the iconic Checker Taxicab. The Checker Marathon was widely sold in the US. Just look at some of the detail in this photograph including the prices on the door. This photograph has been manipulated by me in Photoshop and any blemishes have been carefully removed. Any badges, logos etc. shown, are either my original photographs, or they have been recreated and re-drawn in Photoshop or Corel Painter. Original photography by me Charlie Poole© I really hope that you enjoy looking at this print on your wall. Supplied on a Satin Photographic paper, SRA3 = Size 330mm x 483mm.
